Online Payments - Prepaid

Prepaid billed customers, please visit to access and manage your account.

For real-time posting of payment or to make a payment on a pending disconnect or disconnected prepaid account, pay via Money Gram or Fidelity Express.

**Payment made in any other form may take up to 2 business days to post to the prepaid account (this includes payments made via kiosks, in person, or online).

Online Payments - Traditional

For real-time posting of payment or to make a payment on a pending disconnect traditional or commercial account, pay via the Invoice Cloud Portal.

Payments can also be made using our Automated Phone System by dialing 844-286-1785. 

Payments made via the Invoice Cloud Portal or via the Automated Phone System credit to your OEU account the same day. Scheduled payments made via Invoice Cloud do not add a payment extension to your OEU account.

Traditional billed customers, please visit the Invoice Cloud Portal to:

  • View monthly statements
  • Sign up for paperless billing
  • Make a one-time online payment
  • Set up automatic payments (Auto-Pay) or to pay by text
  • Receive "statement ready" notifications

Payments made via credit card will incur a convenience fee of $4.75 ($5.25 via automated phone system), with a maximum of $500 per transaction. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Electronic checks are free online and via the payment kiosks with no maximum. A $0.50 convenience fee is charged for e-check payments made via the automated phone system. 

OEU accounts can also be paid at any one of the local MoneyGram, Fidelity Express, Western Union or Amscot locations. These payment options may take up to 2 business days to post to the account. Simply click on the desired entity and you will be directed to their website for information on how to find the nearest agent location.

Payment Kiosks

Kiosks accept cash, checks and credit cards and are located at the following locations: 

City of Ocala Customer Service Office – 201 SE 3rd St. 

  • Kiosk available outside 24/7 
  • Kiosk available inside the lobby Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Paddock Mall – 3100 SW College Rd. 

  • Kiosk available inside the Food Court area during normal operating hours 

Marion County Public Library – 2720 E Silver Springs Blvd. 

  • Kiosk available inside during normal operating hours 

Citgo “Wayne's Kitchen” – 1211 NW 10th St. 

  • Kiosk available inside during normal operating hours

Note: Change is not provided for cash payments at any kiosk location.

Drop Box

For your convenience, a Drive-Up Municipal Services Payment Drop Box is now located on the Fort King Street side of City Hall (directly next to the Fed Ex Shipment box). 

There is also a Drop Box located outside of the building at the Customer Service Office located @ 201 SE 3rd St.
